Hey -- thanks for taking the time to fill this out. These questions help me understand your business, your customers, and what's working (or not) before we talk. There are no wrong answers. If something doesn’t apply or you’re not sure, skip it and we’ll cover it on our call.

Most people finish this in about 15-20 minutes. Write like you talk. The more specific you are, the better I can help.

Your Business

What you offer, who you serve, and the area you cover.
Not your average customer. Your favorite kind of customer -- the one you wish you had more of. What do they look like? What are they looking for when they find you?
Not your service list. The thing they're actually dealing with when they call you or walk in.
What do they say about you? If you have reviews that capture it well, feel free to paste one or two.

What Makes You Different

How did you get into this business? What do you know or do that most of your competitors don't?
What does the rest of your market do that frustrates customers or misses the mark?
Named clients with real numbers are gold. But if you'd rather keep it general, that works too.

Your Customers

Google, Facebook, Instagram, word of mouth, referrals, drive-by traffic, something else?
What hesitation, objection, or concern do they have before they buy?
Do they research online first? Ask friends? Compare prices? Walk in and decide on the spot?

Your Current Marketing

Social media, ads, email, flyers, events, sponsorships, Google Business Profile -- whatever you've got going.

Your Voice

Friendly and approachable? Professional and polished? Fun and energetic? Describe the vibe you want a customer to feel.
Pushy, corporate, gimmicky, cheap -- whatever turns you off.

A Few Numbers That Help Me Plan (Optional)

These help me build a smarter strategy. If you don't know the exact numbers, a rough estimate is fine. If you have no idea, skip it and we'll work through it together.
If a customer stays with you for years and keeps buying, what's the total value? Even a rough guess helps.
Are you okay investing in ads that build awareness over time, or do you need to see a return on every dollar right away? (Either answer is fine. It just changes how I build the plan.)
